These terms govern your use of FindMyBiz and FMB Business. By using them you agree to these terms.

What FindMyBiz is

FindMyBiz is a directory and messaging service that connects customers with independent local businesses in Davangere. Businesses set their own services, prices and availability. The work itself is agreed between you and the business; FindMyBiz is not a party to it and doesn't guarantee it.

Your account

• You sign in with your own mobile number and keep your device secure.
• You're at least 18, or using FindMyBiz with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone.

Acceptable use

• Be truthful: in reviews, business details, prices and photos.
• No harassment, spam, fraud, illegal services or content you don't have the right to share.
• Reviews must come from a real contact with the business. We may remove reviews and content that break these rules and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.

For businesses

• You're responsible for your storefront, for the services you provide and for any licences they need.
• The Verified badge means our team visited and checked your shop, owner and work at that time. It isn't a guarantee of future work and lasts 12 months unless renewed.
• Paid plans, if you choose one, are described in the app before you pay.

Liability

FindMyBiz is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for the acts of businesses or customers, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes and contact

We'll tell you in the app before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Davangere, Karnataka having jurisdiction. Questions: support@findmybizapp.com.
